The Brighton and Hove Bus company wanted to increase communication with the student users of the service. The web portal was part of a larger campaign aimed at students and student issues. The first stage of the campaign was to use social media channels and Brighton-based, student focused advertising to ask the students what issues or questions they might have about the bus service. This helped to ensure the right information was included on the site. The site is designed to receive feedback from the user to ensure content can be added if needed. Getting the imagery exactly was very important, so a photoshoot was arranged to take images around Brighton and at the campuses.
